Mobile Phone Neck...

Dirk explaining the importance of the curves in your spine.

Did you know that you have 4 curves in your spine and they are designed to distribute gravitational stress without causing problems?

We have a huge problem today with "Texting Neck" a neck that bends the wrong way from using iPads and mobile phones for too long. It can cause neck pain, headaches, arthritis and the so called "foggy head" feeling that one can get.

Did you know that

  1. Lying in bed and watching TV.
  2. Reading in bed.
  3. Lying on the couch with your head on the arm rest.
  4. Sitting and computer work.
  5. Forward head position on a mobile phone.

Can damage the bones in your neck and back, and evidence has shown they may cause nerve problems.
